Shipping Policy:

We offer free shipping promotions during important holidays and events. At other times we offer free shipping on orders over $15. Orders below $15 are charged $2.99 flat rate shipping.

Delivery times could vary from 5 to 7 business days depends on shipping address.

When will my order ship?

We process our orders fast! All orders with in-stock and available inventory will ship within 48 hours of receipt. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, please wait up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Can I send my order to a P.O Box address?

Yes you can! Feel free to use a P.O. Box for your shipping address.

Will Sahasions ship anywhere?

Not yet, but we do ship throughout the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska.

I need to change something on my order, can you help me?

We process our orders as quickly as possible, though you may contact our Customer Service via email at  within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update your request. Inquiries are generally returned within 24 hours.

Returns Policy: 

We want you to be happy with your order. If your expectations are not met, you can return defective, unworn items with in 30 days the order is delivered.

For all returns please ensure items being mailed back are in original condition: unworn, tags intact, and packaging material present. Once your return is received we will refund you in the method you paid. 

As we work with low margins, return shipping cost is customer's responsibility. Return address is included in the shipping package with every order, Please paste it to return package.

Can I return an item after 30 days or without original receipt/packing slip?

Items returned after 30 days with original receipt will receive a store credit. Items returned without original receipt or packing slip will receive a  store credit for the current selling price.

How do I know if you've received my return for online purchases?

I can't find my tracking information. Can you resend it?

Yes. Contact Customer Service at and the information will be sent to you.

How can I cancel my order?

All orders have approximately a 12 hours window before processing is complete, and can be cancelled by contacting hello@sahasions,com. After the 12 hours window period, the order cannot be cancelled, and will have to be returned to receive a full refund.

My refund amount doesn't seem right. How can we fix this?
